Officials from Bosnia and Herzegovina and Bulgaria met to discuss bilateral relations during an official visit from 11 to 13 April 2023, including both sides' interest in negotiating an income tax treaty. Any resulting treaty would be the first of its kind between the two countries and must be finalized, signed, and ratified before entering into force.
