The OECD has announced that on 30 October 2019, Bosnia and Herzegovina signed the Multilateral Convention to Implement Tax Treaty Related Measures to Prevent BEPS (MLI). According to the provisional list of reservations and notifications, Bosnia and Herzegovina intends to have the MLI cover 37 tax treaties, which includes certain treaties that had been signed with the former Yugoslavia and continue to apply in respect of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the respective contracting states.
