Bhutan's Department of Revenue and Customs has published a Notification dated 20 January 2022 that confirms the enactment of the Fiscal Incentives Act of Bhutan 2021. The Notification also confirms that the Act entered into force on 29 November 2021, which is the date it was introduced by the Finance Minister in the National Assembly.
