Availability of US dependent territories' tax information to Australian tax authorities

The Australian Taxation Office (ATO) released a Practice Statement PS LA 2006/4 on the availability of US Virgin Islands (USVI) tax information to Australian tax authorities under the Australia-United States tax treaty. ATO Practice statements are publicly available instructions for the ATO staff in respect of a specific issue.
