The Austrian National Council (lower house of parliament) is considering the draft CBCR Publication Act – CBCR-VG (327/ME), which was submitted by the Federal Ministry of Justice on 3 April 2024. The draft law provides for the introduction of public Country-by-Country (CbC) reporting as required by Directive (EU) 2021/2101 (previous coverage).
