Austria's National Council (lower house of parliament) approved the Budget Restructuring Measures Bill 2025 (Budgetsanierungsmaßnahmengesetz 2025) on 7 March 2025. The Bill must be approved by the Federal Council (upper house of parliament - Bundesrat).
