Austria has published an Ordinance containing updated lists of participating and reportable jurisdictions for the automatic exchange of financial account information under the Common Reporting Standard (CRS). The Ordinance (lists) entered into force on 1 May 2025, replacing the Ordinance (lists) published in May 2024.
