Austria published the Progression Compensation Act 2025 in the Official Gazette on 9 October 2024, which provides for the implementation of the relief measures announced by the Ministry of Finance in July 2024. This includes an overall increase in the individual income tax bracket thresholds, except for the EUR 1 million threshold for the top 55% rate.
