The OECD has published an updated (consolidated) MLI position deposited by Austria on 28 August 2023. The consolidated MLI position includes the addition of 34 of Austria's tax treaties as covered agreements for the purpose of the MLI, as well as related changes to include the treaties in the relevant MLI notifications and reservations.
