The OECD has published updated arbitration profiles for Australia and the United Kingdom. The updates include the addition of each country to the other country's profile, including the date the two countries notified that they reached mutual agreement on arbitration (8 June 2021). Part VI of the MLI allows jurisdictions choosing to apply it to adopt mandatory binding arbitration for the resolution of tax treaty disputes. The arbitration profiles provide additional information on the application of Part VI of the MLI for each jurisdiction choosing to apply that Part.
