The Andorran government has published a speech given by Prime Minister Xavier Espot on 15 September 2021 covering various issues including issues of taxation and the expansion of Andorra's tax treaty network. With regard to tax treaties, the Prime Minister noted the recent agreement to begin negotiations with Chile, as well as plans to sign a tax treaty with Hungary in October and to continue negotiations for tax treaties with Belgium and the Netherlands in the coming months.
