The Mauritius Revenue Authority has published an update on the status of its tax treaties, including the status of pending treaties and negotiations. This includes that negotiations for an amending protocol to the 2017 tax treaty with Jersey have been finalized and the protocol awaits signature. The protocol will be the first to amend the treaty and must be signed and ratified before entering into force.
