Amending Protocol to Tax Treaty between Austria and Germany to be Signed

On 17 May 2023, the Austrian Council of Ministers authorized the signing of an amending protocol to the 2000 tax treaty with Germany. The protocol will be the second to amend the treaty and must be signed and ratified before entering into force. Details of the protocol will be published once available.
