Albania published Law No.15/2023 in the Official Gazette on 27 February 2023, which provides for the ratification of the pending income tax treaty with Finland. The treaty, signed 8 June 2022, is the first of its kind between the two countries. It will enter into force 30 days after the ratification instruments are exchanged and will apply from 1 January of the year following its entry into force.
