Albania has published Presidential Decree No. 13320 of 10 November 2021, which approves Law No. 108/2021 for the ratification of the pending income tax treaty with Israel. The treaty, signed 3 May 2021, is the first of its kind between the two countries and will enter into force once the ratification instruments are exchanged and will apply from 1 January of the year following its entry into force.
