On 8 June 2023, an opinion was issued from Advocate General (AG) Kokott of the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) regarding the appeal brought by the European Commission against the judgment of the General Court that annulled the Commission's decision on illegal State aid granted by Luxembourg to Amazon.
