The Attorney General of the U.S. State of Oregon has announced the filing of a multi-state lawsuit on 23 April 2025 challenging the Trump Administration's executive orders that claim the power to increase tariffs worldwide without congressional action. The case is led by Oregon Attorney General Dan Rayfield and Arizona Attorney General Kris Mayes.
