The OECD has announced that on 23 April 2025, the Ivory Coast signed the OECD-Council of Europe Convention on Mutual Administrative Assistance in Tax Matters as amended by the 2010 protocol. The Convention must now be ratified by the Ivory Coast and the ratification instrument deposited before entering into force for the country.
