Venezuela has enacted the Law for the Promotion of Non-Oil Exports, which was published in the Extraordinary Official Gazette No. 6,824 of 18 July 2024. The law allows the government to introduce new incentives to support exporters, including through tax reductions or exemptions for exporters engaged in certain activities of national interest. Further, the law allows for the refund of taxes on non-oil exports.
