Uzbekistan published Presidential Decree No. UP-61 in the Official Gazette on 28 March 2025. Among other things, the Decree provides for the introduction of new tax benefits for residents of the Creative Industry Park with effect from 1 May 2025 until 1 January 2031. The tax benefits include a reduction in the personal income tax and social tax by 50% for park residents.
