The Dominican Republic's Directorate General of Internal Revenue (DGII) has published Law 163-21 for the Promotion of the Placement and Commercialization of Public Offering Securities in the Stock Market of the Dominican Republic, which was promulgated (enacted) by President Luis Abinader on 6 August 2021.
