The Bahamas Ministry of Finance issued a notice on 31 August 2023 regarding the entry into force of the Commercial Entities (Substance Requirements) Act 2023 on 1 September 2023 (text of notice below). Along with the entry into force of the Act, the prior economic substance reporting portal was decommissioned on the same date.
