According to recent reports, Ukraine's Ministry of Finance is preparing to sign the Multilateral Convention to Implement Tax Treaty Related Measures to Prevent Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (MLI) and implement Country-by-Country reporting requirements by the end of the year (2018). Ukraine is committed to the implementation of the minimum standards resulting from the BEPS project as a member of the Inclusive Framework on BEPS.
