The Ukraine parliament is considering a draft bill submitted on 6 April 2023 that provides for the termination of the 1995 pension agreement with Belarus. The bill must be approved in parliament and published in the Official Gazette to provide for the termination. As per the terms of the agreement, the termination would apply from the date specified in the notice of termination from Ukraine, which may not be earlier than 6 months after Belarus receives the notice.
