On 27 February 2025, the Ukraine parliament approved amendments to the law ratifying the Multilateral Convention to Implement Tax Treaty Related Measures to Prevent Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (MLI), which will result in the amendment of Ukraine's MLI position. As previously reported, some of the main amendments include the removal of the tax treaties with Belarus, Cuba, Russia, and Syria as covered agreements, as well as the addition of the tax treaty with Qatar.
