Ukraine has published Letter No. 72/14-612/1-112284 of 20 September 2023 from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on the termination of the 2003 income tax treaty with Syria. As previously reported, Ukraine recently published Law No. 3346-IX, which entered into force on 17 September 2023 and provides for the termination of the treaty. According to the letter, Ukraine formally notified Syria of the termination of the treaty on 17 September 2023.
