The State Tax Service of Ukraine has issued notice on penalty relief for taxpayers that fail to comply with requirements to submit reports on controlled foreign companies (CFCs). This includes that no penalties will be imposed for the late submission of CFC reports in relation to violations that occur from 1 January 2022 until the last day of the month the current martial law is terminated or canceled. The relief is subject to the condition that the CFC report is submitted within 6 months after the termination or cancelation of martial law.
