On 14 October 2022, Ukraine's Cabinet of Ministers approved the ratification of the Multilateral Competent Authority Agreement on Automatic Exchange of Financial Account Information (MCAA), which Ukraine signed on 19 August 2022. The MCAA provides for the exchange of information under the OECD Common Reporting Standard (CRS).
