On 5 February 2025, the Ukrainian Committee on Foreign Policy and Interparliamentary Cooperation approved a draft law that would amend the law ratifying the Multilateral Convention to Implement Tax Treaty Related Measures to Prevent Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (MLI), which, if approved, would lead to the amendment on Ukraine's MLI position.
