The UK has published the European Union (Withdrawal) (No. 2) Act 2019, which was enacted on 9 September 2019. The Act essentially provides that whether the UK concludes a withdrawal agreement with the EU or will leave the EU without an agreement, Parliamentary approval is required in either case by 19 October 2019.
