Turkey's Revenue Administration has announced the publication of Presidential Decision No. 8515, which provides for the redetermination of installment payments under past laws for the restructuring of tax debts, including Law No. 7256 of 11 November 2020 and Law No. 7326 of 3 June 2021. As previously reported, both laws provided for a restructuring amnesty regime in respect of most taxes, customs duties, social security, administrative fines, late payment interest and penalties, etc. (tax debts).
