Turkey published the Real Estate Tax Law General Communiqué No. 86 in the Official Gazette on 30 December 2024, which adjusts the Valuable Housing Tax Brackets for 2025. This includes the following tax brackets and rates: over TRY 15,709,000 up to TRY 23,564,000 - 0.3% over TRY 23,564,000 up to TRY 31,421,000 - 0.6% over TRY 31,421,000 - 1.0% The General Communiqué entered into force on 1 January 2025.
