The income tax treaty and protocol between Norway and Poland, signed on 9 September 2009, entered into force on 25 May 2010. The treaty generally applies from 1 January 2011. From this date, the new treaty generally replaces the Norway-Poland income and capital tax treaty of 24 May 1977.
