The New Zealand government has invited public comment on matters to be raised in the forthcoming negotiations of a new tax treaty between New Zeelamd and Australia. The first round of negotiations is expected to take place from 31 March to 4 April 2008, with further rounds later in the year. The negotiations will review all matters covered in the treaty. The deadline for public submissions is 22 March 2008.
