The Netherlands has published Decree No. 2020-228939 of 27 November 2020, which contains a new Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed with Slovenia regarding the exchange of information in direct tax matters. The MoU provides that the competent authorities of the Netherlands and Slovenia will automatically provide each other with information concerning dividends, royalties, income from independent personal services, income derived from activities of an artiste or sportsman, payments for education and training, and other income.
