The Netherlands has terminated the savings tax agreement between the former Netherlands Antilles and Romania as it applies in relations between Romania and Sint Maarten. The termination is effective 1 January 2023. Note the agreement was previously terminated as it applied in relations between Romania and the BES Islands and Curacao.
