The Dutch Ministry of Finance has announced the cabinet decision to further extend support and recovery measures for COVID-19. With respect to tax measures in particular, this includes that the period that taxpayers can request a tax deferment, or the extension of deferment, is extended to 1 April 2021. Further, where a deferment has already been granted, the deferment now automatically applies until 1 April 2021.
