According to an update from the UAE Ministry of Finance, the income tax treaty with Senegal entered into force on 2 July 2017. The treaty, signed 22 October 2015, is the first of its kind between the two countries. Taxes Covered The treaty covers Senegal corporate income tax, individual income tax, employer contribution, and capital gains tax on developed and undeveloped land. It covers UAE income tax and corporate tax.
