According to a recent treaty status update published by Latvia's Ministry of Finance, officials from Latvia and Pakistan signed an income tax treaty on 28 April 2023. The treaty is the first of its kind between the two countries and will enter into force after the ratification instruments are exchanged. Details of the treaty will be published once available.
