Kuwait's Ministry of Finance announced (via Twitter) the signing of an income tax treaty with the United Arab Emirates on 30 August 2022. The treaty is the first of its kind between the two countries and will enter into force after the ratification instruments are exchanged. Details of the treaty will be published once available.
