The National Assembly of Kuwait approved the income and capital tax treaty between Kuwait and Tajikistan on April 2nd, 2014. The treaty was signed on June 23rd, 2013, and was endorsed by Tajikistan's Lower House of Parliament on November 13th, 2013. The income and capital tax treaty is the first of its kind between the two countries and will enter into force after the exchange of ratification instruments.
