On 26 February 2020, the Qatari Cabinet approved the signature of an income tax treaty with the Ivory Coast. Negotiations for the treaty were concluded on 21 March 2019. The treaty will be the first of its kind between the two countries and must be signed and ratified before entering into force. Details of the treaty will be published once available.
