The Cyprus Ministry of Finance has issued a release announcing the signing of an income tax treaty with Curacao on 23 April 2025. The treaty is the first of its kind between the two countries and will enter into force after the ratification instruments are exchanged. According to the release, the treaty is based on the 2017 OECD Model Treaty and includes all BEPS minimum standards. Details of the treaty will be published once available.
