Hungary has published Decree 26/2022 in the 26 May 2022 edition of the Official Gazette, which authorizes the Ministry of Finance to negotiate and sign an income tax treaty with Cape Verde. The treaty will be the first of its kind between the two countries and must be finalized, signed, and ratified before entering into force.
