According to a release by the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, officials from Belarus and Kenya met from 1 to 3 April 2023 to discuss bilateral relations, including the negotiation and signing of an income tax treaty. The treaty will be the first of its kind between the two countries and must be finalized, signed, and ratified before entering into force.
