According to a release from the Andorran government, officials from Andorra and Latvia met on 19 September 2023 to discuss bilateral cooperation and agreed to advance the signing of an income tax treaty. The treaty will be the first of its kind between the two countries and must be finalized, signed, and ratified before entering into force.
