Taiwan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs has announced that an income tax agreement with Canada was signed on 13 January 2016 by Taiwanese officials and on 15 January 2016 by Canadian officials. The agreement is the first of its kind between the two jurisdictions and will enter into force after the ratification instruments are exchanged. Additional details will be published once available.
