Taiwan's Ministry of Finance has issued a notice providing guidance on the treatment of accrued expenses exceeding the statute of limitations for claims that remain unpaid. --- Profit-seeking enterprises that have accrued expenses exceeding the statute of limitations for claims and remain unpaid shall reclassify these amounts as other income.
