The tax information exchange agreement between Montserrat and Sweden entered into force on 31 December 2015. The agreement, signed 22 November 2010, is the first of its kind between the two jurisdictions and is line with the OECD standard for information exchange. The agreement generally applies from the date of its entry into force.
