A tax information agreement between Monaco and the United Kingdom was signed by Monaco on 23 December 2014, and by the United Kingdom on 22 October 2014. The agreement is the first of its kind between the two countries and will enter into force once the ratification instruments are exchanged. It will apply for criminal tax matters on the date of its entry into force, and for all other matters for taxable periods beginning on or after that date.
